Soccer Prospect Camp Scheduled for High School Players May 23-24

Prospects for the UTB/TSC men's soccer team are invited to attend the 2008 Prospect Camp for all Texas high school players Friday and Saturday, May 23-24, at Morningisde Park.

Seven players who attended the inaugural soccer camps in 2007 were members of the first Scorpion men's soccer team that won the Red River Athletic Conference championship and advanced to the NAIA Region VI semifinals.

Scorpion men's soccer head coach Dan Balaguero, assistant coach Andy Ravanello and other coaching staff will conduct the camp for elite soccer players interested in playing soccer at the collegiate level.

The camp will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday May 23, and from 8-11 a.m. Saturday, May 24. Participants must make their own travel arrangements and must a complete a medical release form at registration.

Cost of the camp is $50.
